A structured conversation that covers every area of your digital life — accounts, devices, passwords, photos, wishes. You receive a written report with a clear risk rating and recommendations.
Get everything organised, properly
We work alongside you to put it all in order — secure password manager, emergency access plan, executor briefing, letter of wishes, account fate decisions, subscription cancellation plan.

If you'd like, we also offer a gentle memoir service: two or three guided conversations shaped into a beautifully written record of your life, in your own words. We also offer support curating your photos and videos. Ask us about it if it's of interest.

A 20-minute phone call to understand where you are and answer any questions. No commitment, no pressure.
We visit you at home for a structured assessment. You receive a written report with clear findings and recommendations.
If you'd like to go further, we work alongside you to organise everything — accounts, documents, instructions for the future.
Things change — new accounts, new devices, updated wishes. An optional yearly 1-hour check-in keeps everything current.

One assessment fee, three implementation packages. Choose the level of support that suits you — there is no obligation to go further than the assessment.

About
We are the co-founders of Sort My Digital Life. After recently becoming Power of Attorney for our parents, we realised the complexity that would be involved in accessing and managing our parents' digital presence and assets. We decided to set up Sort My Digital Life to support others in this process.
We are friends from school, both highly organised and methodical. We established Sort My Digital Life to help everyone manage their digital estate and bring a calm and jargon-free approach to our work.

No — and this is important. We never collect or store passwords, financial details, or sensitive information. Everything we create stays under your control. Our role is to organise and guide, not to hold anything on your behalf.
That's exactly the point — you don't need to be. We handle the technical side completely. You just need to know roughly what accounts you have and where things are. The whole process is designed to be accessible to anyone.
It works alongside a Will rather than replacing it. A Will deals with your legal and financial estate. We deal with the digital side — accounts, passwords, online presence, photographs. The two complement each other.
The Digital Life Review is a single session — typically two to three hours. Most clients then choose to implement the recommendations over a couple of further sessions. The first step is just the assessment — you decide from there.
Absolutely — some of our clients are adult children who've arranged the service on behalf of a parent. It works beautifully as a gift, and having a family member present for the sessions can make everything easier.
