Your documents, kept up to date. Recommended once a year, and after anything big: a house move, a new phone, a new digital executor.

Why documents need a review

Digital lives change: accounts open and close, devices come and go, wishes evolve. A document that was complete a year ago can quietly fall out of step with the life it describes.

Companies change too: websites are redesigned and contact pages move, so printed routes age even when your life hasn't changed. We verify every route against each company's own website four times a year, and your documents carry the date last verified. Your annual review provides a fresh copy of every document; with the Comprehensive Package, the routes come freshly verified too.

How it works

    We email you a reminder

    Around eleven months after your documents arrive, we email to say your annual review is due. You can also email us to arrange one early, after a house move, for example.

  2. 2

    Load your saved answers

    Open your walkthrough with the link in the email and load your answers file (saved when you finished, named with your name and the date). Everything reappears as you left it. Can't find the file? Email us and we'll help.

  3. 3

    Change what's changed

    Add anything new, remove anything gone, and adjust any decision that no longer matches your wishes. It's an update, not a redo: most reviews take well under an hour.

  4. 4

    Send, and we do the rest

    We prepare your refreshed documents from your updated answers and email them to you within five working days; with the Comprehensive Package, every contact route comes freshly verified. Print the new copies, and shred the old ones.

The annual review is for existing customers, so there's nothing to buy on this page. We'll email you when your review is due, or email info@sortmydigitallife.co.uk to arrange one any time. As always: we don't collect passwords, PINs or logins. Just what exists and what you've decided.
